Stack Tower — Privacy Policy

Stack Tower is a simple block-stacking game. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does and doesn't do with your information.

What we collect

Stack Tower itself does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our own servers — we don't operate any server at all. The app does, however, show ads served by Google AdMob (see below), which involves some data leaving the device.

What's stored on your device

• Your all-time best score, saved locally using standard device storage (localStorage), so it persists between sessions.
• Your sound on/off preference, saved the same way.
• Player names you type in for pass-and-play multiplayer. These stay on the device for the duration of that match only — they are never saved to disk or sent anywhere, and are cleared when you return to the menu.

None of this data ever leaves your device. There is no account system and no cloud sync.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Stack Tower shows ads through Google AdMob: an interstitial ad at the end of a match, and an optional rewarded video ad if you choose to "watch an ad to continue" after a miss. To serve these ads, Google's AdMob SDK may collect and process device and advertising identifiers (such as your Android advertising ID), approximate location, and other technical data, and may use this information to show ads tailored to your interests, subject to your consent choices.

We don't see or receive this data ourselves — it's collected directly by Google's SDK running on your device. You can review and control your ad personalization choices through Google's own settings, and see how Google handles this data in Google's Privacy Policy and EU User Consent Policy.

Third parties

Google AdMob is the only third-party service Stack Tower uses. The app contains no analytics SDKs and no other trackers.

Children's privacy

Stack Tower is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad requests from users known to be under the age of consent are flagged accordingly so AdMob can serve non-personalized ads and apply COPPA/GDPR-appropriate handling.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future update adds an optional online leaderboard — this page will be updated first, and the "last updated" date above will change.
